Background to Manila, Philippines.
On 12th September 2019, I went to Manila to take some images of street life.
Its a street photographers paradise to photograph the locals and the culture that the Filipinos hold dear to their hearts.
Combined with great backgrounds, city life, the hustle, the immense humidity and people made it very challenging to keep on your feet when your out and about most the day.
Most importantly, what stood out was the generosity and the kindness of the Filipinos locals. They welcomed me and my friend John Bolloten no matter where we went.
